When I want something simple, chicken rice always comes to mind.  Of all that I have tried in Penang, this place serves one of the best and the cheapest.  The chicken is tender and the special home-made recipe chili sauce completes the taste.  The owner is generous with his sauces.  Just ask and he will happily give you endless refill.
